it was reasonably priced, compared to other family-run hotels. we loved fabulous location and rooms. amazing view of park. lovely bed. it was nice to have fridge in the reception. centrally located for us.

All in all good value. The breakfast was ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT and the staff were well-mannered. Best possible location, absolutely brilliant view from absolutely fabulous rooms.

The bathroom was badly ventilated.
